AMPE Members Vote 100% in Favour of a Strike Mandate
Members of the Association of McGill Professors of Education (AMPE) voted unanimously in favour of a limited strike mandate, authorizing the union’s Executive to call up to five days of strike action. The vote was conducted by secret ballot between June 23 and June 26, 2026, with 73 per cent turnout.
